Grounded Students Ambassadors and Fellows Share their Vision for the Future!
In our first Genius Club meeting for the East High Grounded Student Ambassadors and Fellows, we discussed our goals for involvement in the club and our vision for how we can “be what the bullet can’t be” in Memphis! Some of our ideas included: Promoting our own creativity and that of our peers Smiling at others to promote more peace in our community Sharing our practices of mindfulness and hope with our school community Continuing to share the film Me and the Light with other students and promote it’s hopeful message of positivity Continuing to collaborate with the Grounded Team
